I felt a light night walk to the beach was in order recently and although it was windy it was definitely worth it. I set my tripod up and fired the shutter standing in the way of the wind to try and minimise any camera shake.
A quick 10 minute walk from my house is the Copenhagen's man made beach. Looking west back across the water you can see the island of Amager, part of the capital city of Copenhagen. This photo was taken using Graduated ND filters instead of my usual HDR process. This allowed for slower shutter speeds than would have normally been possible.
Recently I took a trip to the Lake District to visit my family. This was taken just after sunset on the side of Ullswater. Thanks goes to my father for the great location.
